Description
Innos covered finish system panels are manufactured of cold rolled steel, top and bottom sheet welded , with light weight cement infilled. Different thickness of the steel sheet combination designed for different loading capacity of the whole flooring system. The top finish of the panel is covered with HPL /PVC tile for anti-static or conductive function, this kind of floors are widely used in computer room, data center , control center and so on where computer devices are used . The edge of the panel is covered with conductive edge trim, which can conduct the static to the pedestals and to the ground. For some special designed area, the copper strip will be also used to connect each pedestals.

Under structure system
The pedestals are connected by stringers, with screws to fix the stringers to the head of the pedestals, all the panels will be put onto the grid directly.
Pedestal head:
Head plate: 76*76*3mm/4mm
M18 threaded rod, with 1 or 2 nuts
Pedestal base:
Base plate: 95*95*3mm
Base tube: diameter 22mm with thickness of 1.5mm
Different diameter and thickness of tube is optional
Stringer
