Description

Innos bare system panels are manufactured of cold rolled steel, top and bottom sheet welded , with light weight cement infilled. Different thickness of the steel sheet combination designed for different loading capacity of the whole flooring system. There are 4 corner lock holes at the corners of the panel, the screws will go through the holes to lock the panel with the pedestals under the floor, easy on installation process.Normally the final finish on the flooring will be covered with carpet tiles.

Pedestal System

Normally FFH(Finished Floor Height) is used to measure the height of the pedestals, means the height from the sub-floor to the top finish of the raised floor system.

As for for steel bare panel system, the die cast aluminum head pedestals are used for the height below 400mm, and for the finished floor height more than 500mm, normally the steel flat head pedestals will be used. For some special designed area with super heavy loading requirement, the under structure system will be with stringer as well.
